Many congratulations to Amy for achieving her Brownie Gold Award!

To achieve this, she has had to earn both interest and skills builder badges in each of the six Brownie themes – Know Myself, Express Myself, Be Well, Have Adventures, Take Action and Skills For My Future, as well as participate in a required number of unit hours during Brownie meetings.

The final challenge was to organise an activity for the other 2nd Narborough Brownies to have a go at. For this, Amy learned the song ‘Last Christmas’ in Makaton and taught it to her fellow Brownies. She also visited a Guide unit and now is part of the group looking for her next award!
