Footpaths and fields across the rear of Huncote Leisure Centre reopened on Wednesday 16 August. Fencing which has cordoned off the public footpath and bridleway is being taken down

Leicester Animal Aid has some events coming up over the next few months. Although the Leicestershire-based charity’s top priority is caring for cats and dogs and helping to rehome them, they also run a children’s activity club
The South Leicestershire Fundraising Group would like to thank everyone who joined them on 23 March in St James Church Rooms for the National Day of Reflection. This was a great success, with brilliant attendance and a great atmosphere. Around £400 was raised and has been sent to Marie Curie to help with their amazing work.
