A new club is opening in your area, and this is their first event.
The branch of Coventry Leofric Lions hosts a Fashion Show for Guide Dogs for the Blind and a specialist club for sight-impaired Lion Members.
The venue is Countesthorpe Village Hall, Station Road, Countesthorpe, LE8 4HG. The Coventry Leofric Lions Club branch will host a Charity Fashion Show for Guide Dogs for the Blind and the Branching Club on 14th June 2024, 7 pm at the Countesthorpe Village Hall. The event will give the local community an evening that introduces reduced-price clothing and an evening of fun and inclusion.
The event will bring the shops to the community with a reduction of in-store prices by up to 75%, including Marks & Spencer, Dorothy Perkins, Next, Wallis, White Stuff, River Island, and French and Italian clothes in sizes from 6 to 30, consisting of brand new and up-to-date stock.
To attend the event, please get in touch with Lion Leonie Seymour-Milsom at 07872055495 or leoniesims@hotmail.com. Tickets cost £5, doors and bar open at 6 pm and the fashion show starts at 7 pm. There will be a raffle held on the night.
Online Branch of Coventry Leofric Lions Club
We are a new specialist online Lion Club opening in your area to serve your community. Our motto is ‘We serve’, and we are knights for the blind. Anyone can join us, and as we meet online, you don’t have to be local to the club. There are social events you can join held either locally or online. It’s your club, done your way. We meet once a month via Zoom to discuss and complete business. We are always looking for new service projects where we can donate our time and events so we can fundraise to provide services to those in need.
