Free Tennis Open Day

A Free Tennis Open Day will be held on Sunday 22nd May, 12 to 4pm at Enderby Lawn Tennis Club, Mill Lane, Enderby

Tennis is a popular sport across the globe and of huge interest in the UK when Wimbledon is on! It is a sport that provides a great way to socialise, make friends and be part of a team, whilst you can also improve your fitness and have fresh air running through your lungs when playing outside.

All of this is right on your door step at Enderby Lawn Tennis Club! So please come along to our Open Day on Mill Lane (opposite Enderby Leisure Centre) and see what the club can offer you.

Last year’s Open Day was a success with many new members and families joining. The weather was lovely and there was non-stop action on the court with lots of children and parents playing on mini courts and all others who came did tennis activities on full size courts. Off the courts we provided an open environment to allow you to speak and ask questions about the club and get the information from the club members running the Open Day. We want you to relax, enjoy and learn what you can about the club.

You can register for our Open Day on our website (EnderbyLawnTennisClub.co.uk) or just come along on the day. There will be special Open Day membership offers for new members interested in joining.

We are a small, friendly tennis club run by volunteers and welcome new players of all ages and abilities. Our savannah courts provide a great playing service and are appreciated by other clubs across the county. We also have floodlights to enable evening play if you’re busy during the day with other commitments. We have our own coach who has many years of experience coaching children and adults.

Our tennis club also provide the opportunity for non-members to ‘Pay and Play’ on any court between 8am – 10pm by booking the court through the website. Rackets and balls are also available to borrow for any new starters who want to see what it is like. If you do try and enjoy it, you can get in contact with us by sending an email or calling any of the committee members. All membership information and contact details are on the website.

We hope to hear from you and see you at the Open Day on Sunday 22nd May from 12 to 4pm.
