Santa Run 2022: Santa will be out doing the rounds of Littlethorpe again this Christmas, on the evenings of Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd December. Look out for more information on the route of each evening on the Winter Newsletter which will be distributed through letterboxes this month.
Included in the Winter Newsletter too will be details about a warm space initiative which we hope to start in the New Year.
In the meantime, our regular LCA activities will be continuing as usual in the toasty village hall! Why not come along, meet new people and keep warm too:
Art Club: The Art Club continues in the village hall on Biddle Road on Tuesdays 2pm-4pm. The cost is £3.50 per session. For more information contact Tom Bates on 0116 275 2656.
Drop-in Coffee Morning: The Drop-Ins also continue to take place on the second Saturday of the month, 10.00-12.00, also in the village hall.
Book sale: This takes place on the village hall every other Wednesday 9am-midday.
Short Mat Bowls: takes place Thursdays 7pm-9pm in the village hall.
Feel Good Walks: Penny Bates runs the Feel-Good Walks which take place every Thursday morning from The Plough carpark, ready to set off at 10.30am. There is no need to book. The walks will be at a leisurely pace and finish at approximately midday. For more information contact Penny on 0116 275 2656.
LCA meetings: The committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm, alternately in The Plough and The Old Inn. New faces and ideas are always welcome.
