NALT members have had the opportunity to attend a variety of theatre shows as well as social events in the last few months. In early December, a good number went to Milton Keynes to see “Six ,” a musical based on the six wives of Henry VIII. This was followed soon after by a Christmas Social in Littlethorpe Village Hall. Another social event was organised for January, this time a quiz with fish and chip supper.

Our 1st show of the New Year is the “Pun Championships” at De Montfort Hall, part of Leicester Comedy Festival. In March, we are going to see “Girl from the North Country” at Curve.

An important date in the NALT calendar is our AGM on the evening of Friday 24th February at Littlethorpe Village Hall. After the business part of the meeting, we will be entertained by an invited speaker. Following this, light refreshments will be served. We are always happy to receive feedback from members and suggestions for future shows. Membership of NALT is open to all Journal readers. There are 3 pick up points in Littlethorpe and Narborough or you can use your own transport to the venue.
