After the doom and gloom of Autumn and Winter with the cold weather, the short days and long dark nights, Nature has provided us with respite in the form of Spring.
Spring is the Overture to the Opera of Life.
This is the time we see new life appearing:
Trees produce buds soon to burst into life.
Birds are busy finding mates and building nests in preparation for a new family.
Bulbs push their way upwards, searching for light after resting for months.
Daffodils are prolific in gardens and parks. There is a variety of daffodil called “Cheerfulness”; the name says it all about this lovely season: SPRING.
